Shipping

Standard shipments are either by Federal Express ground or USPS for packages weighing less than one pound.  Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on file when orders are shipped, tracking information is not available until the end of the day.

International, Hawaii, Alaska

Orders for product outside the continental U.S. must provide a Federal Express or UPS account number for 3rd party billing or a ship to address within the U.S. (such as a freight forwarder). Orders cannot be shipped via USPS or Parcel Post.

Terms

Our terms are by credit card payment.  For your security, our system does not save your credit card information. For those who do not purchase via the net, we also offer 30 day net terms. Fax a standard credit application to 714-997-0877.  Credit applications take 7 days to process.

Returns-Returns must be accompanied by an RGA number and requested within 30 days of receipt of order. Depending on the reason for the return, freight back to MPD may be charged.
