Freight Surcharges

Our freight policy does not apply to international shipments. When you enter an international order we will price out the best freight option and send an email with the quote. Solvent based-combustible paint markers must be shipped by surface/sea and can take up to four weeks to receive. Solid paint markers and pencils can be shipped by air anywhere in the world in four days or less. Air shipments can cost up to $150 and surface/sea shipments can cost $40.

After you receive your quote-go to this section and select the appropriate number of $10 credits. Your shipment will be shipped soon after and you will receive a tracking number. We've shipped product to 8 countries in our first six months and have never had a lost package.

Air shipments are available on some products but not on flammable or combustible. Solid paint markers such as Sakura or Dixon, Art Markers, China Markers, and Lumber Crayons/Chalk can be shipped by air.
